NFA in Allyn
The site completed vapor and shoreline intrusion studies, four quarters of monitoring, and well decommissioning, earning an NFA determination under PLIA’s PTAP program
The project successfully completed a comprehensive environmental cleanup. The project included a vapor intrusion study, a shoreline saltwater intrusion evaluation, and four consecutive quarters of groundwater monitoring to confirm the effectiveness of the remedial actions. Following the completion of these tasks, the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA) issued a formal No Further Action (NFA) determination for the site, confirming regulatory closure .
As part of the final steps, all groundwater and vapor monitoring wells were professionally decommissioned and removed from the property. This closure marks the successful conclusion of a multi-year remediation effort under he Pollution Liability Insurance Agency’s (PLIA) PTAP program.
