NFA Likely in Westport
After several quarters of groundwater monitoring revealed elevated oil-range organics in one well, PLIA issued a “No Further Action (NFA)-likely” letter in 2024. Envitechnology then submitted updated results using Silica Gel Cleanup.

Remedial Investigation in Ellensburg
The project team is preparing for an interim action which include UST decommissioning, PCS removal from soil, and LNAPL removal from groundwater.

Monitoring in Aberdeen
Our team has completed excavation of PCS and chemical injections to treat groundwater. The project is now in the confirmatory monitoring phase.


UST Closure in Lakewood
Three (3) 10,000-gallon gasoline USTs were safely removed after being vacuumed, rinsed, and inerted.

NFA in Tigard, Oregon
The site received an NFA determination from the Oregon DEQ following a risk-based assessment, which included groundwater sampling and confirmation that contaminant levels were below regulatory thresholds.

Cleanup Action in Buckley
Out team is working on the in situ chemical oxidation, which targets both fuel-related and solvent-related impacts in groundwater.

NFA in Allyn
The site completed vapor and shoreline intrusion studies, four quarters of monitoring, and well decommissioning, earning an NFA determination under PLIA’s PTAP program
