Remedial Investigation in Ellensburg

Envitechnology is currenty managing environmental serives in a gas station in Ellensburg, WA. The project began with a Phase II ESA to investigate potential petroleum-related impacts from historical UST operations.

Our team conducted soil and groundwater sampling, analyzed for petroelum hydrocarbons and VOCs and prepared documentation in accordance with Washington State Departemnt of Ecology standards.

We are not actively working on site chracterization to delineate the extent of contamination and are preparing to implement an interim action to address identified environmental concerns. This work support regulatory compliance and future site redevelopment.
