We provide accurate and dependable sampling and monitoring services to assess environmental conditions, identify contaminants, and support regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Our work is guided by site-specific sampling plans, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory standards to ensure data integrity and defensibility.

  • Environmental Media Sampling: We collect environmental media such as soil, groundwater, and vapor using industry-standard methods to evaluate contaminant presence, distribution, and potential exposure pathways. Sampling supports site assessments, remediation design, and risk evaluations.

  • Monitoring & Vapor Well Installation: We design and install groundwater monitoring wells and soil vapor wells to support environmental investigations, long-term monitoring, and remediation efforts. Our monitoring wells are constructed to site-specific depths and screened intervals to accurately assess groundwater quality, flow direction, and contaminant migration. For vapor intrusion assessments, we install soil vapor wells using low-permeability seals and proper purging techniques to ensure reliable vapor sampling from subsurface zones.

  • Laboratory Analysis of COCs: We coordinate with certified analytical laboratories to perform high-quality testing of environmental samples for a wide range of Contaminants of Concern (COCs), including petroleum hydrocarbons (e.g., TPH, BTEX), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), heavy metals, semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), and emerging contaminants such as PFAS. Our process includes strict chain-of-custody protocols, adherence to project-specific quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) plans, and selection of appropriate analytical methods. We ensure that all data generated is defensible, regulatory-compliant, and suitable for use in risk assessments, remediation planning, and regulatory reporting.

  • Sampling & Monitoring Reports: We prepare comprehensive Sampling and Monitoring Reports that document field activities, analytical results, and regulatory compliance for environmental projects. Each report includes a summary of sampling objectives, methodologies, and locations. Laboratory results are presented in clearly organized tables and compared against applicable regulatory standards. We also provide data interpretation, including trend analysis, exceedance identification, and recommendations for further action if needed. These reports are designed to meet the requirements of regulatory agencies and support informed decision-making for site management and remediation planning.
